Meet the team
Sandy Sieracki-Pitts
Sandy is the owner of Objets Ltd and has an extensive design background. She not only was raised by an interior designer (aka her mother Judith) but she graduated from Arizona State with a design degree and then managed the Robert Allen showroom at the Denver Design Center. She continued with the company as an outside sales rep in So Cal, then returned to Denver to help start a contract division with Charles Eisen & Assoc. Years later Sandy relocated to Austin to begin her life as a full time mom. Three kids and years later she began designing and found out quickly that Austin needed more local design sources and the rest is history......
Growing up in Colorado, Sandy's love for the mountains and her adventurous spirit still shine through! Learning to ski at a young age, barrel racing, mountain biking, fishing and camping all reflect her enthusiasm for the outdoors.....
Likes: Family, good friends, mountains, her yellow lab "Swift", live music, Mexican food, beaches, bird watching, good wine, horses and extreme weather!
Dislikes: Cockroaches, rude drivers, raisins and black licorice.

Kinsey Sieracki-Gonzales Manager
Kinsey is our Showroom’s operations and logistics extraordinaire! Considered the type-A personality of the Objets bunch, her background is primarily in healthcare where she worked as an ER RN before coming onboard with Objets in 2021. Kinsey is no newcomer to working in multifocal environments, which makes logistics come naturally to her.
“As Sandy’s daughter, I have always grown up in and around the Austin design trade. I completed my last travel nursing assignment in October of 2021, and came on board to take a break between travel assignments. "Obviously, I took a liking to our family business, and have been here ever since! My background as an ER RN has given me the ability to juggle multiple balls in the air at once". "Although I was a little surprised by the level of stress that can occur with interior design, a fast-paced work environment is not new to me! My ultimate goal is providing the best customer service to our designers by following your orders from start to finish”.
Likes: Her dog Oliver (and anything animal related), caffeinated beverages, and the Arkansas Razorbacks-Go Hogs!
Dislikes: Concealed damages/claims, 100-degree weather, I-35

Megan is a born and raised Austinite with a background in interior design along with a specialty in all things rugs! Megan loves working directly with designers and has the natural ability to help pull a project together. Her prior work as a design assistant, gives her the experience to know what a designer may need or want without being told.
“I have discovered a natural ability to hear or “see” what a designer is trying to accomplish and either present that, expand upon it, or find a way to customize it”. Being an “Austin Unicorn”, Megan has been able to witness firsthand the changes and growth of our not so little anymore city. “The caliber of design going on in Austin is incredible. Austin does not have a typical “look”, which also means there is not a typical “designer”. From this side of the industry, we get the unique experience of being exposed to it all.”
Likes: Family, Music, Dancing, and Family!
Dislikes: “Mosquitos. They have no environmental purpose or benefit that I know of or care to hear. I truly believe they are birthed from the armpit of nature”.

Early on, her interest began when her mother, who worked for a wallpaper company brought home books to look through. She'd dream of where the paper could be hung and flipping through A/D mags together gave them ideas on re-arranging their tiny apartment and brings back wonderful memories...
Jan adores furry creatures and pet sits throughout the year. “I love pet sitting and picture myself at 90 still taking care of pets!”.
Likes: “My Dog & two cats (Toby, Timmie and Butterball)”, Mexican food and Margaritas!
Dislikes: Hot weather, Traffic and “the fact my clothes don’t fit the way they used to!”
